Building design is one of our core activities that we have been involved in throughout our professional life. We are aware that it is a complex process that involves planning, designing and implementing construction projects: from initial conception and planning to final construction and completion of the construction, which should respect the client's requirements as much as possible, including the calculation of the expected investment costs:

  • Preparatory and conceptual phase (Identification of your needs and objectives, site selection, surveys and analyses, conceptual design)
  • Project documentation (providing project documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Competition, followed by documentation for the execution of the construction)
  • Construction documentation: Complete construction documentation including all technical and
  • Author's supervision during the implementation of the work (inspection during construction, participation in inspections, approval of the completed building by the authorities and its commissioning).

We are aware that design activity is a complex activity that involves close cooperation between all parties involved (investor, architect, designers, engineers, contractors, authorities.....)
