preparation to implementation to building management. Based on this experience, we are
project management activities are very close to our company's core business.
Within project management in the construction industry, we focus on the coordination of the many activities and stakeholders involved
parties to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget and to the required
quality standards.
- Start of the project (Determining the objectives, scope and requirements of the project, developing a basic project plan, schedule, budget and all necessary resources)
- Project implementation (Managing and coordinating the work of our team and contractors, continuously monitoring the development of the project, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.)

is an integral part of the construction process. Our experts are dedicated to this area at all stages of the construction project. It is the process of planning, monitoring and managing the funds spent on construction projects in order to achieve optimal use of resources and minimize costs (budgets, costing, cost estimates, securing inditactive bids from potential contractors, establishing reserves, controlling costs in the implementation phase, change management, reports and financial analysis...)
Implementation of buildings:
We are able to provide our own construction by our own staff in combination with the cooperation with experienced contractors. We provide the realization of constructions as a general contractor (in case of smaller constructions) or in the form of CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
