Project management

Project management

During our career we have had the opportunity to gain experience in all phases of the project from preparation to implementation to building management. Based on this experience, we are project management activities are very close to our company's core business.

Within project management in the construction industry, we focus on the coordination of the many activities and stakeholders involved parties to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Start of the project (Determining the objectives, scope and requirements of the project, developing a basic project plan, schedule, budget and all necessary resources)
  • Project implementation (Managing and coordinating the work of our team and contractors, continuously monitoring the development of the project, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.)
  • Change control and management: (change sheets, change records, evaluation of the impact on project costs and HMG).
  • Completion of the project: (Conclusion of all activities and formal completion of the project, handover of the completed project to the client or user)

Key elements of project management

The main objective of project management is to manage the project transparently and to manage all stakeholders with respect to the planned time, investment costs and quality of the work to be carried out.

  • Scope: Clear definition of what is included in the project and what is not, to avoid scope creep (uncontrolled expansion of the scope of the project).
  • Time: Planning and managing the project schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Cost: Managing financial resources and keeping the project within budget.
  • Quality: Ensuring that the project results meet the required quality standards.
  • Risks: Identification, assessment and management of risks that could affect the success of the project.
  • Communication: Effective communication between the team, stakeholders and project management.
  • Sources: Planning and management of human, material and financial resources.

Cost management,

is an integral part of the construction process. Our experts are dedicated to this area at all stages of the construction project. It is the process of planning, monitoring and managing the funds spent on construction projects in order to achieve optimal use of resources and minimize costs (budgets, costing, cost estimates, securing inditactive bids from potential contractors, establishing reserves, controlling costs in the implementation phase, change management, reports and financial analysis...)

Implementation of buildings:

We are able to provide our own construction by our own staff in combination with the cooperation with experienced contractors. We provide the realization of constructions as a general contractor (in case of smaller constructions) or in the form of CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.

The implementation of buildings goes through construction phases such as:

  • Site preparation:
  • Building foundation:
  • Engineering networks:
  • Interior work:
  • Finishing work:
  • Exterior modifications:
  • Quality control and handover of the work
